Well hello there! Welcome to Peanut Butter & Julia – I’m so glad you’re here! This blog is all about creating simple + healthy recipes, and having fun while doing so. All of my recipes are eight ingredients or less – I’m all about spending as little time in the kitchen as possible! If I’m going to have dinner at 7pm, I want’ be in the kitchen before 6pm. Simple, quick and efficient is the name of the game for me.
A little bit about me… I live in Toronto where I work as a Registered Nurse. I’m also a barre instructor, and absolutely love it! I love living a healthy lifestyle, and I’m super passionate about creating healthy yet simple recipes. My favourite recipe is my Oatmeal Protein Pancakes! Another great recipe is my Healthy French Fries.
